**Tracy Welsh**

My name is Tracy and I have been a qualified midwife (RM) since 2015, I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC); the professional regulatory body for nurses and midwives in the UK.
I have completed a Postgraduate Level 7 diploma (equivalent to Masters degree) qualification in Injectables for Aesthetic Medicine at Harley Academy in London, the highest standard of training in the industry within the UK. In addition to this I have also carried out further training in Cosmetic Dermatology and I am a qualified Prescriber.
I currently continue to work for the NHS where I have gained valuable skills and experience within a clinical and surgical setting.
So what made me come into the world of aesthetics? Well, I started to notice myself showing signs of ageing and wanted rejuvenation treatments, but I just didn’t know where to go or who to trust. Some of the unnatural images I saw in the media were off -putting. So with a background originally rooted in art and design, I decided to take my artistic eye together with my clinical experience and begin a journey into raising standards within the industry.
I feel that with my artistic approach and a keen eye for detail, I pride myself on achieving natural, beautiful results.

What to expect

Consultation is the first step

This is a time to voice your concerns and let us know what results you would ideally like to achieve. Following a thorough medical history, a full assessment of your face will be carried out so that we can work together in partnership to develop a bespoke treatment plan.

Note: Treatments will not usually be carried out on the same day as we like to allow a cooling off period.

So what’s the second step?

Your treatments will be carried out at your next previously agreed appointment(s), where you will be kept informed at every step and provided with detailed aftercare instructions.

And then?

Enjoy the results of your treatment, however if you have any questions or concerns we are always available. Follow up appointments and aftercare instructions are also included in the treatment price.
